Distractions are Piccadilly's export to the wave of imported porn in the mid-seventies. Diversions uses many exploitative elements through its anecdotal narrative. A woman is handcuffed and guarded as she is transported by train to prison, and she has a series of erotic daydreams. They range from lyrical fucking in a haystack to being raped as a Red Cross nurse in World War II by a group of soldiers.
