A strange girl is defacing the call box on the gate at Girls Boarding School. When Headmaster Tom chases her away she accidently leaves her backpack. When he calls a phone number he's found in the bag he reaches her father. After convincing the father of her crimes Headmaster Tom asks that the girl be sent back to him so that he doesn't have to call the authorities. Fifteen minutes later we see the girl, whose name is Kelly, walking hesitantly up to the door of GBS.
When he comes to the door the Headmaster grabs her roughly and takes her upstairs for an OTK spanking. She pleads with him to stop, putting her hand over her bottom. He eventually commands her to disrobe completely, bends her over a chair and gives her the cane on her bare buttocks.
Finished, he inspects his work and leaves Kelly in the corner to reflect. Two hours later we see Kelly cleaning up her graffiti mess. We hope she has learned her lesson.
