Justine is supposed to look after her mother's cat when her mother is on vacation, but Justine didn't let the poor cat in the middle of the night, even though it was raining - and the next day the cat cannot be found anywhere. This time, Arnold is really angry with Justine and gives her a hard strapping with a strong leather paddle, first over her knickers, but soon Justine has to undress completely.
