Headmaster Tom comes into his office and slams his briefcase down on the desk - a sure sign that he is not a happy man. He phones Marita, the new secretary at GBS. He tells her he missed his flight and it's all her fault. She denies it, but when he tells her to check her cell phone, she realizes that he's right; she told him his flight was an hour later than it actually left. As it has caused him a lot of embarrassment - he has missed a very important meeting - she is going to be punished for her carelessness.
He tells her to come to his office and to bring a chair with her, also the large leather paddle.
